Special machines are our business focus. In case that your production processes does not know standard machinery, we are dedicated to engineer and build application specific machines.

For most efficient production processes our special machines are equipped with handling system, processing technologies, quality surveillance and telemaintenance upon request.

Security Print Handling System

aligns and integrates working stations dedicated for security printing.

A robot cell executes the sorting, checking, bundling, stapling, banding, de-banding, packaging of prints.

Edge Embossing Machine

A facet is embossed by moving an embossing tool along the edge of a metal plate. The embossing tool can be adjusted to the workpiece. Workpieces of different sizes and degrees of hardness can be processed semi-automatically.

Flexible Assembly Robot Cell

Using a manual input system, hard disks with the associated carrier are inserted into the processing station of a robot. It assembles the two elements, carries out a quality assurance by means of a camera system and labels the finished product with a label. Products of different sizes can be processed.

Foil Welding Machine

The vacuum sealer is designed for welding wafer-packs into plastic and aluminum bags. The machine is semi-automatic, the wafer-pack in the open foil bag is set by the operator into the machine and triggered the welding process. The bag contents are evacuated to an adjustable residual volume before welding.

Lateral Flow Production Equipment

includes full manufacturing processes, such as sorting of parts, cutting of diagnostic medical dipstick, positioning into subshell of housing, assembling subshell with upper shell of housing, controlling product quality, hand over to packaging machine.

This machine accepts feeding with various sheets of lateral-flow laminates as well as subshell and upper shell of housing. Then it produces complete lateral flow tests for clinical diagnostics.

Monolytic Affinity Column Filtration

for the filtration of pathogens from 20 liters of sample to 200 ml of concentrate.

Microarray-Chip-Reader with autosampler

This highly sensitive multiplex detection system detects and quantifies organic compounds. It is used to screen legionella, pathogens, antibiotics, bio-warfare agents. An autosampler processes up to 50 samples fully automatically.

Analyzer

for food analysis using nitrocellulose strips.

Filling System

for the semi-automatic filling of small, customer-specific sample bottles. Up to 3 reagents can be filled and mixed with high dosing accuracy for dosing quantities from 50µl - 5 ml.
